As a Diversity Contracting Compliance Specialist, you will support the project teams by using industry-leading tools and technology to import payment data, provide monthly reports to our clients, and analyze actual performance versus contract goals. You will be trained on our new diversity management software, B2Gnow, as well as create, own, and implement new processes with this tool.

Kiewit Business Services (KBS) is a cross-functional shared service organization that provides the business units with customer-specific services focused on cost and business value. Our services include non-core, yet essential, functions of our businesses including accounts payable, accounts receivable, change control, human capital management, payroll, project initiation, compliance and continuous improvement.
This position is based out of our Kiewit Business Center at 12720 I Street, Omaha, NE 68137 in Omaha, NE. This is a shared services environment in a professional office setting.
Provide timely and accurate reports to meet needs of team(s)
Setup new projects that have diversity contracting goals
Generate, format, and analyze reports out of SAP, Service Now, and other software applications
Enter data via manual entry or upload to various software applications (B2GNow)
Prepare monthly diversity contracting reports that meet each client’s specific requirements and schedules
Develop and maintain a network with all levels of the company management
Proactively support Kiewit’s and KBS’ goals and strategies
Provide excellent customer service to all internal and external Kiewit departments; understands Kiewit’s core business and promotes a sense of urgency toward critical business issues
Work with subcontractors to set up and maintain monthly submissions
Reliable and consistent attendance
Support and participate in collaboration activities to promote and implement continuous process improvement
Perform any other job-specific duties as needed or assigned
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Ability to learn, interpret, and follow a variety of diversity contracting regulations and procedures
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to analyze data and recognize discrepancies
Strong verbal and written communication skills; clearly conveys messages and ideas, gains understanding; generates interest and holds attention, listens and is open to the ideas of others
Highly motivated and self-directed; initiative and a sense of urgency to get things done
Ability to understand both functional and end-to-end processes and controls
Excellent organization and time management skills; ability to develop specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish assigned work
Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy with minimal supervision in a high volume environment
Ability to understand the implications of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making
Excellent customer service and collaboration skills; ability to connect and build relationships with others inside and outside the organization
Critical thinking and problem solving skills; ability to use logic and reasoning to analyze and identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems
Accounts Payable experience preferred
Understanding of diversity contracting regulations (DBE, M/WBE, SBE, etc.) preferred
B2GNow experience preferred
Experience in professional business environment preferred
SAP Experience preferred
