Primary Responsibilities:

• Organize and maintain all documents and specs pertaining to project design including drawings and RFI’s and DCN's

• Perform audits of documents to ensure project files are current

• Duplicate, bind, scan and distribute documents as required

• Transmit, receive, record and distribute e-mail correspondence and documentation by established procedures

• Maintain records of incoming document transmittals and prepare outgoing transmittals and packages

• Assist with registration, filing and control of incoming and outgoing documentation

• Perform database input and word-processing functions

• Ensure that the confidentiality of sensitive information is protected

• Perform other clerical duties as assigned by the Document Control Manager

Qualifications:

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience in Records Administration/Management, Library and Information Technology or Document Control

• Experience in Team Binder a plus

• Knowledge of mass flow of records/information management principles and their methodologies an asset

• Expert in Microsoft Suite and Share Point

• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic environment

• Strong communication skills to effectively work within a project team with minimal supervision

• Ability to work extended hours

• Time management and Detail Oriented a must

• Industry knowledge of Best Practices
