Position Summary :
Kiewit Infrastructure Engineers has an immediate opening for a Designer Engineering Manager. The position is based in Kiewit Infrastructure Engineers’ office in Englewood, CO.
Key Duties & Responsibilities :
• Develops action plans with timelines in order to implement strategy; involves others in the process, incorporating best ideas into the plan and gaining buy-in through effective communication
• Oversees the department quality program to include the program development, maintenance and significance
• Lead team of Kiewit design engineers and subconsultants
• Identify design-build opportunities and develop win strategy for capture
• Interface and maintain relationships with external design partners
• Interface with other Kiewit operating districts
• Presents ideas in persuasive and compelling ways; gains support and buy-in without demanding it; influences others to desired course of action
Expertise Required :
• 11+ years' experience with focus on Design-Build Management
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related engineering degree.
• Ability to travel as business requires
