We have a unique opportunity for a dynamic Human Resources Coordinator to join our vibrant district. This position is responsible to provide high-level support to our Managers and employees.

This position requires a well-rounded, detailed-oriented and responsive individual with excellent interpersonal skills to work in a fast-paced environment. The HR Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining all tracking reports, assisting with department dashboard reports, coordinating the onboarding of employees and supporting the department in the administration of assigned transactional work.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Supervise various administrative staff;

  • Maintain employee tracking databases;

  • Assist with the administration of HR programs;

  • Sponsor an effective on-boarding process to ensure consistent messaging across the organization;

  • Support the HR Team to execute projects including business plan initiatives, communications, results tracking and reporting;

  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees in the areas of administration, day to day, performance management, employee relations and career development;

  • Build and maintain relationships with all levels of employees;

  • Utilize and implement various human resource information systems (HRIS) and provide support to employees and managers;

Candidates will meet the following business requirements:

  • Requires a HR College or University degree;

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;

  • Candidates must be able to demonstrate strong customer service skills. The ability to manage competing demands and priorities is a critical component of the position, along with the ability to work independently and function effectively as part of a dynamic collaborative team;

  • Ability to handle confidential information in strict confidence and with great sensitivity;

  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office applications to include: Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint;

  • Enjoys a challenge and is committed to be a team member in a high-performance organization;

  • Must be willing to travel and relocate as the business dictates.
