The purpose of this position is to provide Technical Business Analyst support for KEGI. Typical Business Analyst support areas include: Managing software development requests, Business Initiatives, Tableau development, and Project/District Support.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Formulate and implement business process workflows, requirement specifications, design specifications, test specifications/scripts and user-oriented documentation.

• Analyze and model existing business processes.

• Participate in Functionality Testing, Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Provide team, user, and process knowledge support.

• Identify and resolve problems.

• Work with the Development Team in the development of new functionality:

• Ensure development/change process is followed

• Determine/evaluate/analyze business and development requirements

• Assist with system design solution

• Perform peer review of user stories

• Assist with user testing and training

• Ability to coordinate work on multiple projects simultaneously at different stages of the project development process.

• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communications skills.


• Education Level: BS or equivalent experience: Computer Science, Engineering, IT Technology or Technical Related Degree

• Years of Experience: 10+ years


• Excellent communications skills

• Engineering document and process knowledge

• Proficient in Microsoft office applications

• Working knowledge of Microsoft project

• Knowledgeable user of Microsoft’s Visual Studio Team Services (VSTS) or equivalent software

• Knowledge working in an Agile environment and writing test cases/scripts


• Project management and requirements gathering/analysis

• Engineering document and process knowledge

• General knowledge of engineering and design tools
